List of Network Keyword Tokens and Extra Tokens

Solution Google Adwords Search Campaigns:

Shows the keyword that generated the click.
-Name: Keyword
-Append: &keyword={keyword}
-Parameter: keyword

Shows the keyword match type using:
(e = exact , p = phrase , b = broad)
-Name: Match Type
-Append: &match={matchtype}
-Parameter: match


Google Adwords Placement / Display Campaigns:

Shows the Domain Name of the Website the Ad was clicked.
-Name: Placement
-Append: &placement={placement}
-Parameter: placement

Shows the Category of a Placement.
-Name: Category
-Append: &category={target}
-Parameter: category

Shows the ID of the Ad / Creative.
-Name: Creative
-Append: &creative={creative}
-Parameter: creative

-With this one, this is all you need. You do NOT need to check the Keyword Pass-Through check box.
