The maximum number of domains for this application has been reached

Solution Sometime while logging as usual to your instance of CPV Lab, you may get this error message:

“the maximum number of domains for this application has been reached”

This is usually due to changes in server IP settings or domain name (For ex: if you're moving your installation to a brand new domain, changing the installation folders or changing from the root domain to a subdomain, etc.)

To be able to login again, you will need to send us a support ticket so we can reset your license which will allow you to login again to your instance of CPV Lab.

Each license is only valid for 1 domain. To install CPV Lab on multiple domains or folders, you will need to purchase additional licenses.
