Alerts app won’t connect

Solution If you are trying to connect to the CPV Lab alerts app, and you suddenly get an error message which says:

“The login data are incorrect”

You need to make sure that you enter the correct url of your tracking domain.

So if your login page is:
http://YourTrackingDomain.com/login.php

Then the url you need to enter in the alerts app is:
http://YourTrackingDomain.com

Also, you need to make sure that you enter the correct username and password.
